Initial consultation - Free of charge

Length approximately 20-30 minutes.

This provides and opportunity for you to describe your presenting issue or goal.

It enables me to give you some information about the techniques, how it can work for you and what to expect at each session and also to answer any other questions that you may have and alleviate any concerns.

Therapy sessions - £40 per session - excludes smoking/vaping

Length approximately 1 hour.

The number of sessions required is dependant on the presenting issues or goal and it's complexity.  The number of sessions required will be discussed at consultation but for most cases 4-8 sessions are recommended.  This will also be reviewed at each session.

Smoking/Vaping - £150 - only one session required.

Length - approximately 2 hours.
