Hello and welcome to my business page.  My name is Heather Brown and I started my business in early 2023 after I was inspired to train and qualify in Hypnotherapy, NLP and Energy Psychology having experienced for myself the powerful and long lasting transformations that it produces.

Having experienced my own difficulties in life with trauma, unresolved grief, depression and anxiety my passion lies in helping others to overcome issues in their lives that are holding them back from leading a fulfilling, peaceful and joyous life that we all deserve.

The power lies within each and everyone of us to realise our true potential and to be the most authentic and best version of ourselves we can be.

Many of us are unaware that we run on what is commonly known as 'autopilot' and live our lives using unconscious patterns of thoughts, behaviours and emotions that we have accumulated from a very young age that have become 'normal' to us.  Many of these do not cause us any problems but sometimes they can manifest into problematic feelings, emotional struggles and/or unhelpful or destructive behaviours.

By using the techniques, tailored to your needs, I can guide you to the root cause of the presenting problem and resolve/transform it at it's source, thus breaking lifelong patterns of personal struggles.

You do the healing, I just guide you through the process.

Using these techniques also mean there is no need to re-live difficult past experiences and once dealt with clients find they are resolved permanently.
